Download Emulator SNES
At first donwload emulator at Here:
Then extract it. Go to dir and find file snes9x.exe (in above picture path I:\Snes9x-1.51-win32)
It likes this.
Go to Options/Display Configuration (Alt+F5) to config video mode.
Input/Input Configuration (Alt+F7) to config input control:
Click to File / Load Game (Ctrl+O) then go to path containing ROM you want to play (.smc)
Now, enjoy it!!!
